Movement and Meditation

This class starts with 20 minutes of yoga based movement aimed at loosening up the body, and is followed by 20 minutes of both guided and silent meditation. Gentle movements, breathing, and stretching will get you into your body and out of your head so that you will be more prepared to meditate. The meditation will leave you feeling grounded and relaxed, which is a great way to start the day!

Beginner Yoga

This class teaches the proper alignment of basic yoga poses, proper breathing techniques, and meditation at the end of each class.
