Join us for a continuation of our Moonwater Sound Group held at the Union Church in Lake Bluff; 525 Prospect Ave. A number of years ago Barbara Mortimer helped to create this event. Marian plays numerous crystal bowls in the sanctuary and sings to you. The vibrations of the crystal bowls and voice create an calm atmosphere and sacred space for you to relax and find peace. Bring everything you need to rest comfortably on the floor in the sanctuary. A mat, blanket and pillow are helpful so your body can completely relax and you can restore during the sound meditation.
