Mansarée is a Certified Personal Trainer, a mom of three and a former volleyball coach. She started her personal training career in 2017 training women and men. She has recently shifted her studies towards becoming a corrective exercise specialist. With her knowledge in fascia, mobility and assessments she always trains to educate and guide clients through pain free workouts. To Mansarée fitness isn’t about being skinny or curvy, it’s about being the best version of yourself!

Nadia is a mother of three, a fitness enthusiast and someone who loves to dance. She is ISSA Certified, and delivers one on one Personal Training sessions and Group Fitness classes. Over the years she has developed effective ways to improve both her physical and mental wellness with fitness at the forefront. Nadia is passionate about helping others navigate through life with a positive mindset and choosing the healthiest and happiest version of themselves. She loves introducing new challenges to her clients so that they can discover that the impossible IS possible- leaving them feeling proud of their own accomplishments!

Ottillia

This is a bootcamp style class that involves high intensity cardio exercises and muscular endurance training. Expect to work up a sweat, build strength, and burn calories! This class is a great option if you are a beginner or working on getting back into a consistent gym routine.This is a 1 hour class which will occur 3 days a week on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7pm, and Saturdays at 10am.

Ottillia

Ottillia is a fitness enthusiast, fitness coach, and owner of the Female-Only fitness facility, Club Enhergy. She attained her undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto for Sociology & Psychology, and her post-graduate degree in Human Resources at George Brown College. After experiencing both parents suffer from severe illnesses, Ottillia was compelled to take control of her own health at a very young age. She became passionate about being consistent in the gym, and eating clean. After the loss of her mother in 2018, she decided to leave the corporate world to purse her passion for fitness. She started taking clients as a personal trainer in 2018, and in 2020 she created a fitness brand for women called “ENHERGY”. ENHERGY began as an e-commerce business which sold fitness bands, apparel, water bottles and more! After a successful first year in business, Ottillia was motivated by her partner to open up her own space. “CLUB ENHERGY” was born in the midst of COVID, and was officially ready to open for business as of January 2021. However, due to COVID restrictions the space was unable to officially open until months later, August 2021. Currently, Ottillia finds pleasure in operating CLUB ENHERGY as a one-of-a-kind fitness facility, while continuing to build a community of strong and empowered women along the way.

With over five years of personal training experience and a background as a semi-professional cheerleader | dancer, I have developed a deep understanding of the body’s mechanics, movement, and the importance of recovery.


My journey took a transformative turn when I faced personal grief, which led me to discover a new path in wellness. Through my healing process, I became passionate about helping others restore balance and find pain-free living, particularly for office workers and athletes who often experience stress and tension from repetitive movements or sedentary lifestyles.


Today, I specialize in rehabilitation and recovery, offering a holistic approach that combines therapeutic techniques like fascial stretch therapy, hot stone massage therapy, and private wellness events. My mission is to create a space where individuals can reconnect with their bodies, release pain, and cultivate lasting wellness.


As part of my offerings, I’m excited to introduce the Balance & Breathe Membership at Club Enhergy, a community designed to support you both mentally and physically.

This membership includes access to group stretch classes, personalized recovery sessions, and holistic practices aimed at fostering total body wellness.
