Nadia is a mother of three, a fitness enthusiast and someone who loves to dance. She is ISSA Certified, and delivers one on one Personal Training sessions and Group Fitness classes. Over the years she has developed effective ways to improve both her physical and mental wellness with fitness at the forefront. Nadia is passionate about helping others navigate through life with a positive mindset and choosing the healthiest and happiest version of themselves. She loves introducing new challenges to her clients so that they can discover that the impossible IS possible- leaving them feeling proud of their own accomplishments!

Mansarée
Mansarée is a Certified Personal Trainer, a mom of three and a former volleyball coach. She started her personal training career in 2017 training women and men. She has recently shifted her studies towards becoming a corrective exercise specialist. With her knowledge in fascia, mobility and assessments she always trains to educate and guide clients through pain free workouts. To Mansarée fitness isn’t about being skinny or curvy, it’s about being the best version of yourself!

This is a bootcamp style class that involves high intensity cardio exercises and muscular endurance training. Expect to work up a sweat, build strength, and burn calories! This class is a great option if you are a beginner or working on getting back into a consistent gym routine.This is a 1 hour class which will occur 3 days a week on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7pm, and Saturdays at 10am.

I currently help manage the Club Enhergy team, I also do the content for the gym and beautiful Queens you see on this page! 👸🏽I recently started my own business venture that assists small businesses with building their social media profiles and enhancing their online presence. I will be personal training in the new year and focusing on weight loss and making sure I’m there for my mommy’s because we all know it’s not easy!

Eva, also knows as Fit-For-Eva is a certified personal trainer and specializes in strength and conditioning style training. She founded the Fit-For-Eva in 2017 as the perfect brand to express her love of fitness, health and passion for helping others. Her goal and main focus is to help others become strong not only physically but also mentally, all while helping each client to become confident and comfortable within their bodies! She has been a personal trainer for about 5 years. Growing up Eva played all types of sports but succeeded the most in track and field as a sprinter which earned her a scholarship in the U.S to complete her degree in social work.
