This all-levels flexibility class is designed to help you move with power, control, and grace — both on and off the pole. We’ll focus on deep, strength-based hip opening drills to unlock mobility in the hips, while incorporating backbending techniques and shoulder work to create a balanced, open body.
Through intentional movement and active engagement, you’ll:

This class is designed with the purpose of teaching proper form, technique, and execution of strength training movements. A full body workout using weight plates, barbells, resistance bands, benches, machines, and more to get lean, build muscle, and get stronger. Your trainer will encourage you to push outside your comfort zone while in a safe, supportive environment.

Morgan is a dancer, group fitness instructor, and certified personal trainer. Since starting her group fitness journey she has trained in and tried everything from cardio kickboxing to beach yoga. She loves the feeling of accomplishment and comradery found in a group workout setting. When she's not dancing or working out, you can find her reading, exploring the outdoors, playing video games, and spending time with her husband and friends. She is excited to continue to help others find their inner strength at Elevar!

You'll also start creating short choreographies, develop strength for inverting, and explore the basics of spin pole. Whether you're here to gain strength, refine your movement, or simply have fun, this class is the perfect for you!

Liz
Liz began her dance journey with Salsa in 2009, exploring performance, competition, and teaching along the way. After an ankle injury in 2016, she discovered pole dancing in 2017, drawn to its unique combination of dance, strength, flexibility, and the challenge of stepping outside her comfort zone.
Liz continues to enjoy pole dancing for these reasons but has found her true passion in teaching. Her teaching style emphasizes details and solid foundations while keeping the experience fun and engaging. She loves inspiring her students and watching them achieve things they once thought impossible. In every class, she focuses on helping students feel empowered and excited about their progress, no matter where they start.

In this class you'll work on mastering your climbs, take your spins up high, and learn basic inversions (both descending and ascending). There will be a focus on building strength and correct muscle engagement. This class will also continue building on spin pole mechanics and further expanding floorwork tricks. This class is appropriate for those who have mastered the basics and are looking to learn more tricks.
Requirements: Strong one handed spins on both sides, solid climb into a sit, and ability to hold a pole crunch on both sides.

Marika
Marika has trained in Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, Modern, and Hip Hop since the age of four and eventually started teaching dance by age 15 for various local studios. In 2015 Marika began a search for a new form of fitness specifically to build core and upper body strength. After her first few pole classes, her love for pole was undeniable. Seeing her body strengthen with each class brings an enormous sense of accomplishment and progress, especially when that strength is successfully applied to new tricks, combos and technique. Pole has given her a safe place to dance, train and meet some amazing people in a supportive environment. Marika is excited to be able to share the positive experiences and joy she had as a result of pole and is grateful to have the opportunity to teach others just how fun and rewarding this journey can be.
