Healing Mantra Immersion (In-Person)

Join Melissa Shah, certified yoga therapist, for an immersive experience focused on healing mantras + chanting at People's Yoga! This 3.5 hour deep dive is designed to give you practical tools to support anxiety and cultivate deep trust in how you show up right now. We’ll use the vibrational power of sound in community to relieve tension and move toward a more regulated state collectively.


This immersion will include:

  1. Introduction to mantra as a healing practice
  2. Accessible asana and pranayama to prepare the mind and body for chanting
  3. 3 mantras/chants that support anxiety and cultivating deep trust
  4. Group discussions
  5. Journaling
  6. Restful meditation practice
  7. Chai + light snacks
