It's a season of gratitude. I'm teaming up with Community Karma to kick off their Holiday Toy Drive season to collect gifts for the local community. This bootcamp will be sliding scale if you wish to donate in lieu of a gift or you can sign up and bring an unwrapped gift to class! "Community Karma and Kiwanis of Asbury Park are sponsoring 150 deserving families for the Holidays! Our goal is to shop for each child and the family as well as provide gift cards for the parents! Help us kick off the Holiday Toy Drive with Boot Camp for Toys on Nov 19th" What is Boardwalk Bootcamp? Enjoy the views during this 45-minute bootcamp style class - mixing total body strength & aerobic circuits - Lots of core-focused challenges and a whole lot of fun - Various fitness equipment; kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, agility ladder, jump ropes, benches, resistance bands, and more
