Results: This program uses methods to increase flexibility that have been scientifically tested and proven effective. While every body is different – what takes one person 4 weeks may take another 4 months – if you are consistent and take advantage of all resources, you will see/feel increased range of motion, ease of movement, and increased flexibility by the end of the program.
