Everything is made up of sound. If you break down the most diverse of experiences, at their essence, they are vibrating with wave patterns. Just listen right now! Life is humming. And your life is vibrating with a certain signature. An ancient yogic adage says, "the sound of reality is shrill; that's where God lives." Even if things are going pretty well, you may benefit from a healing immersion in sound! Let sound be your teacher. Let it awaken you and invite you into a more deep and broad capacity to handle what life presents to you. Let it open the door into the ancient depths that you hold and vibrate your mind into harmony with the steep challenges of life. Things may feel better from there. You may find that when your being is aligned through sound, you have a sense of your own deep source of strength, and things being more right than wrong. In an aesthetic setting, we will open the space, engage in slow creative movement, use breath work and our own voices to chant, then lie down for an extended bath of sound with the symphonic gong. We will return from the relaxation space slowly and take time to integrate through sharing, and tea ceremony. Space is limited.
