Flowga classes incorporate a combination of movements similar to those in yoga, Pilates, and barre workouts for the perfect balance of sculpting and stretching. There in an emphasis placed on slowing down our movement, controlling our bodies, finding balance, and connecting our movements to our breath. Class participants are encouraged to focus on connecting their mind to the muscle(s) being worked. Commit to taking these classes/recordings at least once a week and I can’t wait to see (and feel) all our gains in flexibility, range of motion, muscle strength and tone, balanced muscular strength on both sides of our bodies, posture, focus, body awareness & control.
