Aditi is a passionate Barre and Pilates instructor dedicated to the transformative power of movement. Certified at The Movement in NJ, she has been teaching barre for over a year, bringing her background in pharma, biotech, and healthcare into her classes. Her teaching emphasizes nervous system regulation, gut health, joint health, and cultivating a strong mind-body connection and resilience. Currently a barre instructor at Cornerstone Gym and Seva Yoga, she introduces innovative formats like Barrelates, Core and Restore, and Classic Barre, while also organizing community initiatives like Farmers Market Puplates fundraisers at the Yardley Farmers Market. Aditi's classes inspire vitality, grace, and a deeper understanding and a sense of coming home to your body.

Therapeutic Yoga

Lisa

This class uses yoga therapy techniques to bring awareness to parts of the body that need special attention, such as the joints, hips, and spine. Your breath will guide movement for slow, purposeful, and easeful postures both standing and sitting on the mat. Each class ends with the deeply relaxing practice of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep).

Lisa

With a grateful heart, Lisa shares her knowledge and teachings of Yoga, and the natural healing qualities it promotes. She has been journeying her yogic path for more than 20 years and holds certifications as a Yoga Therapist, a 500hr. registered yoga teacher in Hatha/Vinyasa, and a Yin Yoga teacher. She believes that the body, mind and spirit connection through yoga is positively powerful in bringing a sense of overall health and well-being. She is honored to guide students and help yoga therapy clients into their own state of wholeness. Lisa’s 20 year career as a public school teacher at the middle level in both general and special education provided her numerous opportunities for personal growth, professional development, and service to children and families in the community. The skills, insight, and wisdom gained during that time she brings to her profession as a yoga therapist and yoga teacher. Slow Flow is an approachable intermediate-level practice. Here you will align your breath to movement through a series of dynamic flowing sequences. Standing leg balances are commonly explored, along with a full array of postures. Time is spent in destination poses to foster steadiness and fortification of form. The practice ends with meditative rest.

This class combines the benefits of two styles, with the addition of guided meditation. Restorative poses are offered at the beginning and end of class to enhance the experience as you are compassionately guided into stillness. In this class you will stretch and lengthen the body with the breath as your guide, gently build strength, and open yourself to the benefits of restorative yoga and meditation.

Early in this career, she found her way to meditation and yoga and began her journey inward. In 2006, she began the awakening process and studied various styles of meditation with Jonathan Eric Labman, LPC, E-RYT 500. Compelled to deepen her yoga practice, Pamela completed a 200-hr yoga teacher training program in 2017 at The Prancing Peacock in Yardley, PA. Shortly after, she completed the Mindful Schools meditation training, and successfully incorporated this program into her classroom. At the height of yoga’s influence on her professional career, Pamela simultaneously experienced a milestone transition in her life, becoming a mother. Yoga and meditation played a key role in the births of both her daughter and son, and in the transition to her new role as a full-time mother. While pregnant with her son, Pamela completed the 85-hr Prenatal Yoga program at Dig Yoga in Lambertville, NJ. With an open heart, Pamela shares the gifts that meditation and yoga have afforded her throughout the various stages of her adult life. She considers it a distinct honor to guide her students inward, learning more about the true self.
