Two years ago, Heather Perren and Lexi Heinzer started Lagreeing at Home with hopes of making Lagree Fitness classes accessible for all. During these years, they have seen both what does and doesn’t work, and the best ways to accomplish what does work. They have found that many people need an initial push full of support and encouragement, to get into a healthy lifestyle routine. Soley having a workout program isn't enough. In order to find our best health, we need to nourish our minds and bodies through nutrition, fitness, and proper mental health practices. This is why we have created Lagree Fitness’ first ever Accountability Program. What makes us qualified to do such a program? Heather Perren is a Senior Master Trainer for Lagree Fitness, and truly lives and breathes this method with the knowledge to back her skills. She will point out compromising form, and praise form that is conducive to a healthy workout. She will be your best friend throughout the process, and help you unlock potential that you never knew you had. Lexi Heinzer is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology. She will be using her education and knowledge to help change your unhealthy behaviors and replace them with wanted behaviors. Together, you will find motivation to make long term changes in your life that last far longer than the program.  

We believe that we all subconsciously assign meaning through language. When programs use language such as “See how much weight you can lose” or have before and after body pictures, they are limiting the changes to purely physical. Not only that, but they are assigning an unhealthy meaning to the program of needing to see physical changes in order to be successful. Our program is designed for far more than changes on the scale. We believe in implementing positive habits that will encourage you to live a healthy lifestyle. So what exactly does this mean? Of course, we are going to have a personalized workout schedule that we encourage you to keep to, but we also are going to help you take a look at your stress levels, your self care, your daily routine, your sleep, and how you nourish your body. Remember, we aren’t going to be giving specific nutrition advice but rather will be helping you stick to the food choices that work for you. Remember, life is all about balance! We want you to be able to eat that donut without guilt, we want you to be able to have a girls night without feeling bad for leaving the kids, and we want you to learn to unconditionally love yourself!

Personalized Movement Schedule: 

After an initial consult, we will collaboratively decide what the best workout program is for you. We can incorporate Peloton, rowing, walking, jogging, cardio dance, mat classes, Yoga, and of course Micro workouts! We will send you a detailed schedule with direct links to the classes each day.

Texting Program: 

We are here for you throughout this entire process! We want you to share your prompts with us each day via text. Doing so will help you put more thought into each question as well as help us use positive reinforcement or help restructure your goals along the way. We also want you to text us once your workout is complete, with a rating of 1-10 on how you felt before your workout as well as after your workout. 

Nutrition: 

We will be send you balanced meal recipes from Professional Chef Nealy Fischer. We are not nutritionists, but rather will be encouraging you to stick to the food choices that you want to make for yourself. The questions that you will hear us ask time and time again are: Do you like the way the meal made you feel? Is the meal of choice working towards or against your goals?
