How do I add/update my credit card information?

Once you are logged into your account, you can click on the little coloured icon that holds the first letter of your name. From there select 'Active Packages to view your subscription/package. From there, click on the 3 dots next to the name of the subscription/package and choose 'modify payment method'. From there you will be prompted to input your credit card details! From here all subscriptions will be charged on a monthly basis (no need to re-enter card information) while packages will have to be purchased once the previous one is used up.

Do unused credits roll over to the next month if I have a recurring membership?

No, Unfortunately with a recurring monthly membership, unused credits do not roll over. If you are unable to commit to a regular schedule we would suggest switching over to a class pack as credits do not expire!

How do I cancel my membership? Is there a fee?

You can cancel your recurring membership as follows 1. Login to your account in the top right hand corner on any page 2. Select Active Packages Tab 3. Find Subscription and click cancel 4. Confirm cancellation There is no fee for cancelling a membership.

What is the difference between Reformer 1, 2 & 3?

Reformer 1 covers more fundamental pilates exercises and movement patterns. We would consider this class beginner friendly Reformer 2 covers both fundamental and intermediate pilates exercises and movement patterns. Recommended for those who have experience with pilates Reformer 3 covers intermediate and advanced exercises and movement patterns and is recommended for those who have extensive pilates experience and are injury free.

I'm going away, can I pause my membership so I do not lose out on my remaining credits?

If you are away for more than 1 week, please email hello@movewellcafe.ca or speak with your instructor and we can pause your membership!

What is the difference b/w a membership and a class pack?

Memberships are recurring while class packs are not! A recurring membership means that you will be billed every month and dispensed the same amount of classes on the date you are billed. We recommend memberships for those who are able to commit to coming more consistently. Memberships also entitle you to a 15% off retail discount on grip socks and all non-medical products at Orthoquest, as well as access to our online video workouts! Class packs are a 1 time payment where you purchase a bundle or pack of classes that you use when you are able. We recommend class packs for those who are unable to commit to coming consistently.

Can I try a class?

Of course! We offer drop in passes for both in-person and virtual classes!

I have an injury, can I still attend a pilates class?

While many of our instructors are exercise professionals who are trained to provide you with modifications to suit your needs, if you are suffering with an acute, debilitating injury, we recommend seeking the advice of your doctor or physiotherapist before engaging in physical activity. Alternatively, if you are cleared by your doctor or physiotherapist and are looking for help with your rehabilitation, we offer private sessions that are tailored for you and your capabilities.

Can I sync my class bookings to my google calendar?

Yes! 1. Tap on settings -> Integrations 2. Tap enable next to google calendar integrations 3. Log into your Google account provider 4. Accept permissions and click "continue" to connect the two apps 5. Select primary calendar you'd like to integrate to arketa. 6. Be sure the calendar selected in your arketa is actively showing in your Google Calendar. You can find that in the bottom right of your calendar, be sure the calendar selected is checked 7. Any new group class or private added to arketa will now show up on your schedule!

What is the benefit of having a 3 month subscription?

Our 3 Month subscriptions (Move Well, Move More, Move Master 3 Month), are there for those who find they tend to run out of credits before the end of each month. The 3 month memberships dispense 3 months worth of credits at the time of purchase, ensuring that you have enough credits to book far in advance!
