Experience the powerful fusion of Muay Thai and Yang to Yin Yoga, guided by two experts in their fields. Your retreat day will first start with training with Sammy Mac, one of London’s top Muay Thai coaches and last year turned pro fighter with over 18 years of experience. Sammy’s dynamic coaching style pushes you to your limits, refining your technique while fuelling you with an infectious energy that keeps you coming back for more.

After an invigorating session, transition into a Yang to Yin practice led by Phoebe. Begin with heat-building, strength-enhancing movements to harness the power you generated in Muay Thai, then ease into restorative Yin poses, allowing deep stretches, muscle recovery, and full nervous system reset. This unique combination will leave you strong, balanced, and recharged - ready to take on anything.

You’ll also stay hydrated with Vita Coco and replenished with a delicious post-Muay Thai OAKBERRY Açaí - because fuelling your body is just as important as strengthening it!
