Yoga for Golf Mini-Course

Golf is a wonderful sport to play. Fresh air, hours of walking, and fun with friends. However, when you play golf regularly, your body can start to talk to you. If you don't regularly cross-train, you may end up with pain in your dominant shoulder, elbow, or wrist, or the opposite hip or lower back.


That's why I created the Yoga for Golf Mini-Course! I want to provide the golfers in my community with support so that you can play the game you love, feel less pain, and possibly improve your swing!

This self-paced mini-course includes:

  2. 1 visualization meditation to help your swing, while improving your focus and sense of calm
  3. A Foam Rolling for Golf video and PDF, teaching you about how, when, and why to use a foam roller and tennis ball to release tension and give yourself a myofascial massage before you play.
