BOUNCE + LIFT

All BOUNCE workouts are done on a rebounder (also called a mini trampoline). This vigorous, heart-pumping class is equal parts challenge and fun. The first half of BOUNCE + LIFT is low impact/ high intensity cardio intervals; the second half of class is dedicated to strength training - employing high reps and low weight, along with creative calisthenics to tone and strengthen the entire body. All levels welcome.

SWEAT + FLOW is a vinyasa-based yoga class. Expect to be challenged, uplifted, build strength and have fun. Prepare to break a sweat and to try something new! Classes begin with sun salute variations for warmth and focus. After that, explore postures and movements that connect in intuitive and intelligent ways. We place emphasis on stability and focused strength, while also exploring ways to expand and stretch the physical and subtle bodies. SWEAT + FLOW can be modified to accommodate any level of practice. In cooler months, infrared heat is used to warm the body.
