WHAT TO EXPECT IN MY CLASS: Everything we do is to the beat of the music, but its up to YOU to take it to whatever beat you want…whether it’s the half beat, the beat, or the double beat (although you can usually find me at the double beat, and challenging my riders to meet me there)! You can also expect long pushes, tough climbs, and some choreography! But always remember, this is YOUR 50 minutes, you do WHATEVER you want with it, no judgment EVER!
