Class starts with traditional yoga poses designed to enhance flexibility, balance, and mindfulness. Transition seamlessly into a dynamic strength-focused HIIT segment where we incorporate AMRAP, Tabata, and other circuit training formats. Using body weight and hand weights, you'll engage in powerful exercises that build muscle, boost endurance, and elevate your heart rate. This invigorating portion of class is designed to challenge your limits and leave you feeling strong and energized.
To complete your session, we'll guide you through a series of yoga stretches to restore balance and promote relaxation. This final phase ensures you leave the class feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on the rest of your day. Join us to build strength, and transform your body and mind.

Meet Cassie, she started yoga to work through an injury but ended up getting so much more. Yoga has given her the tools to show up in all aspects of life as a better partner, sister, daughter, friend and employee. Hi, I’m Robin! I first came to yoga looking for a way to improve my physical fitness. What I didn’t expect was how much it would transform my life. Through consistent practice, meditation, and self-inquiry, yoga became more than just exercise—it became a path to a calmness and balance that I was not expecting to find.
Inspired by the profound changes I experienced, I completed my 200-hour teacher training to deepen my practice. That’s when I realized I wanted to share this journey with others and help them discover the physical and mental benefits of yoga for themselves.
Outside of yoga, I love backpacking and running—activities that remind me of the importance of resilience, mindfulness, and being in the moment. I look forward to helping you explore all that yoga has to offer!

Poses are often seated or lying down, and props like blocks, bolsters, and blankets are commonly used to support the body and facilitate a deeper stretch without strain. Hi, I’m Namrata, or Namru. I’m a yoga teacher with a 500-hour certification and I’m currently training to be a yoga therapist. I started yoga for its physical benefits, but I soon realized it could transform my whole life. Over the past seven years, yoga has helped me through big changes, including dealing with fertility challenges after years of trying to conceive.
In my classes, I aim to bring a sense of grounding and calm to my students, helping them become more aware of their bodies. I believe yoga can improve every part of life, and it has supported me through the journey of building a family. My goal is to share this with others and help them find harmony and balance through yoga.
