My sweaty queens!! Our NEW February challenge is OFFICIALLY here! 

Step into your strength and unleash your inner dancer with our 28-Day Dancer Challenge—a sculpting, sweat-dripping program designed to transform the way you move and feel!

This challenge follows the 3-3-1 Method, a balanced blend of dance cardio, barre, and Pilates to build endurance, improve coordination, and tone your entire body:

💃 3 days of dance cardio – Feel the rhythm, burn calories, and boost your energy with fun, high-intensity routines.
🩰 3 days of barre or Pilates – Sculpt long, lean muscles with ballet-inspired barre and core-strengthening Pilates moves.
🛌 1 day of rest – Reset and recover to come back stronger.

Each week, you’ll repeat 14 dynamic workouts twice, with the second round amping up the intensity by adding heavier weights and resistance bands to level up your results.

Ready to feel strong, graceful, and unstoppable? Let’s dance, sweat, and sculpt together! ✨

not a question, but just wanted to say i’m getting back into health & wellness after a v long break and this app is saving me rn!! love the shorter pilates flows and meditations and journal prompts, the vibes are just perfect and make me excited to move my body!!

Yall!!! I am HOOKED on a new body positivity based show on Netflix!! I would DEFINITELY check it out if you have been getting your HGW on the treadmill 😉 The show is called Survival of the thickest If you have any good recommendations for an hour treadmill walk to make it less boring feel free to let me know!!

Hi my queens!!! Wanted to share a mindset hack that has helped me a ton in my fitness journey and I think will help you too :) Ever heard of the “all or nothing” mindset? Basically, it’s when someone either wants to do something all out or won’t do it at all! We see this a lot in living a healthy lifestyle — and it’s a HUGE reason for burnout and lack of consistency. Someone that has helped me a ton is realizing that I’m a human being not doing. I have days where I wake up exhausted and only feel like a walk. Other days I feel like I have enough energy to move for HOURS. I encourage you to work with your body, not against it. Doing a 5 minute workout or going on a quick walk is better than no exercise at all! Try your best to avoid skipping 2 days in a row and do some sort of exercise (even 10 hip bridges count!). This will help will building trust in yourself and working on consistency. Hope this helps & comment any questions you have about anything you’ve been struggling with in your fitness journey 💓
