Our Fall Run Club offers coached and team training programs for those seeking support, guidance, and/or a community as they train for a team or individual race. Non-moms welcome!
EVERYTHING YOU GET:
- coaches and teammates to hold you accountable, motivate you, provide camaraderie throughout your training
- a customizable training plan and guidance to help get you to the starting line safely and ready to go!
- 3 weekly coached group workouts:
- Tuesdays 6:00am or 5:30pm - Speed workout at the track
- Thursdays 6:00am - Group run / tempo run
- Saturdays or SUndays 7:30am - Long runs
- Virtual strength, core + mobility workouts and on-demand library to do on your own time
- Weekly email with coaching tips and motivation to keep you on track
- Team gatherings + events throughout training and post-race celebrations (Glow Run, Season Party and more)
- Educational workshops to support you along your training (injury prevention, nutrition, and more)
- Strava (fitness tracking app) Community Group + Facebook Group
