Classical hatha yoga is the oldest and most traditional form of yogasana. With an emphasis on stability, balance, and mindfulness each asana is held for a longer duration of time than typical yoga classes, which gives the practitioner the opportunity to turn inwards and experience the asana blossoming from within, as well as allowing the asana’s benefits to fully manifest in the body.
Kailas Dev
Yogi Kailas Dev has spent a total of 18 months over several trips traveling India and exploring the depths of yoga and the spiritual traditions that have been practiced there for millennia. He has completed a 350+ hour hatha specific YTT as well as a 200 hour prana expansion program with Atma Vikasa Center of Yogic Sciences in Mysore, and a 200 hour YTT with Vinyasa Yoga School in Rishikesh.

This fun and engaging class includes seated and reclining warm-up stretching poses, sun salutations, standing postures, and balancing poses. The postures are taught from the ground up with helpful alignment queues and ways to vary poses. Grow your flexibility, strength, and mindfulness in this all-levels, moderately challenging class.
Molly McGranahan
Hey y'all I'm Molly! I first started doing yoga my senior year of high school to help balance myself with all the long distance running I was doing. Besides running Cross Country I was more focused on playing competitive volleyball. Although my body, specifically my knees, did not allow that. After undergoing 3 ACL surgeries from volleyball between 2013-2019 I had to retire from my favorite sport and find a new physical outlet. My college offered free fitness classes, so I tried them all. That is when I really fell in love with being on my mat. I began my yoga journey to help ease my anxiety and stress from school. It was during that time my love and appreciation for yoga grew. I soon found myself walking to our school gym every single day for yoga class. I graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2020 with a bachelor's degree in Marketing and Nonprofit Management. After graduating college I lived in Fort Worth Texas for 2 years. I recently moved to Tulsa to be closer to my family and friends.
The time we get to spend on our mat away from the world, away from our phone, and away from other distractions is very valuable to me. Having the courage to step into a new place and try something new is a brave thing to do, and I will be supportive and proud of you!

This mixed-level class offers something for most people, and is perfect for the student that likes variety in their practice! Each class begins with centering and breath awareness, followed by a mindful flow. Flow postures focus on strengthening followed by stretching to release stress.
Don't worry if you are not a "flow Yogi"; there will be plenty of modifications and easier options. More challenging options are offered as well. Classes are suitable for newer students with no acute injuries, and intermediate to advanced students will all benefit.

Lily first became interested in yoga when she was a teenager in a small town in Oklahoma. She remembers watching her favorite show Felicity when the characters went to a yoga class in New York City. Lily was intrigued and had her mom buy her a yoga dvd to try it out at home. Yoga was not an instant love for Lily, she found it physically hard and difficult to be still with her own thoughts. Luckily, she sensed there was something more to it and although it took many stop-and-start-again times Lily eventually found a deep love and gratitude for yoga. Lily is glad she had this experience so she can tell other people that's it's ok if you don't enjoy it immediately. She believes the wisdom and benefits of yoga reveal themselves over time when you show up on your mat with consistency and dedication. Lily became certified in 2021 and loves learning and growing as a teacher. Lily's favorite and most important job is being mom, but outside of teaching yoga and guiding her children, Lily counts volunteering with Tulsa non-profit Poetic Justice as another favorite sacred endeavor. A lover of books, poetry, and learning new things, you can always expect Lily to be sharing some recent reading or knowledge in her classes. Lily believes we all have what we need within us (we sometimes just need to be reminded) and yoga can do just that

This class is creative, powerful, and deep. Be prepared to be challenged. Expect to practice balance, standing, inversions (basic) and power poses. This is not a beginner class, but newbies are welcome to dive in if they want to see what power yoga is all about. Modifications and options for more advanced postures are offered.
Emilee Bloomfield
Emilee began her yoga path in 2018 at a Jason Mraz concert. During his performance he spoke of how yoga benefitted his life and did some breath work with the audience in between songs; that sparked Emilee’s passion for yoga. The next day she dove head first into yoga and fell in love with the practice both on the mat and off the mat. In 2023, Emilee graduated Yoga Teacher Training with her 200 hour certification in Power Vinyasa. While she loves a strong sweaty flow, her favorite pose is Corpse Pose and the stillness that comes after exhausting the body. She is excited to guide you and breathe with you!

A helpful practice for both beginners and experienced yogis, Yin yoga targets our deep connective tissues like fascia, ligaments, and joints. Yin is equally as important as yang styles of yoga that focus on our muscles (vinyasa, power, etc), and is a beautiful and mindful way to balance your yoga practice. Yin is slower and more meditative - with the mostly-floor poses being held for a longer period of time - allowing us to stretch and strengthen those tissues while learning to breathe through discomfort and sit with our thoughts.
Glenn Harris
My yoga journey started almost five years ago when my youngest daughter suggested I try yoga to help with my recovery from heart failure. After 18 months of feeling the benefits of a physical practice I was encouraged to take the 200 hour teacher training at Everyone Yoga School and that’s where I learned that yoga is more than a physical practice; yoga is a way of living. I began to embrace the Eight Limbs of yoga and my asana practice became the foundation for my meditation practice. My practices usually include a mix of movement, mudras, mantras and meditation to provide a whole mind and body experience. Earlier this year I started working with a major local healthcare provider to make yoga available to people with health issues. Recently I completed trauma informed yoga therapy training so I can better serve those who have, or are, experiencing trauma. Yoga is for anybody.

Thalia is a yogi at heart. She found yoga as a new mom over a decade ago. Her practice started out in a community center with gentle yoga and has grown over the years into standing, balancing, and bound poses. Thalia is a Trauma Informed Teacher meaning that she knows every day is a new day to meet our bodies on the mat. Thalia often invites her students to sit with the light and darkness within themselves. She welcomes every emotion to class to show her students that all emotions are valid and necessary. Thalia is a firm believer that hard work on the mat shows up as hard work off the mat. When Thalia is not in the yoga studio, you can find her in a Kung Fu dojo or at her acupuncture clinic using Traditional Chinese Medicine to facilitate healing for those who seek her out.

The most gentle class on the schedule. Profound healing and insights happen without any sweat, supported by soft blankets and a soothing voice. This class is for everyone. This slower yoga uses your awareness along with the precision of alignment and leverage in poses with breath sequenced compassionately to experience the therapeutic power of multidimensional openings.
This means you get it all! This full-spectrum yoga decompresses your spine so your body moves more freely with less discomfort. This decompression uses your body to work with your mind, clearing away the thoughts and emotions that cause your stress and tension. Also, the decompression of your spine frees your innermost current of energy, so that it flows unimpeded from tail to top.
