Explore and learn about your unique body.
Learn concepts and exercises you can continue to implement on your own.
Get some joint training/practice.
When: Tuesdays @ 5:30-6:30pm, May 6th-May 20th.
Where: 399 Grand Ave.
What to bring: Please dress in comfortable clothes that allow freedom of movement. I will have mats, various bands, yoga blocks, straps, etc, but if you'd like you may bring your own.
