Jessica found her place on the mat after the birth of her first daughter as a way to reconnect with herself and her body. What started out as a purely physical practice evolved into a way of life that led her to establish a private studio in her hometown and to later become the voice behind The Zen(ish) Mommy podcast, empowering women through honest conversations. As a new resident to Santa Barbara, Jessica looks to combine her passion for yoga and her love of fitness to invite everyone to step into their strength both on and off the mat.

Mira discovered her passion for Pilates in New York City, where she completed her instructor training and found the mental and physical balance for which she had always been searching. She aims to inspire and embolden students of all skill levels throughout their Pilates journey, offering a safe and positive space to grow physically and reset mentally. She challenges students with athletic and dynamic classes, emphasizing form and breath technique. Mira is a comprehensively certified Pilates teacher with expertise in mat, reformer, cadillac, barrel, chair and more. Her goal is that clients leave feeling strong, refreshed and uplifted, whether it's their first or 100th session. She can’t wait to meet you!
