Molly O'Donnell
Molly fell in love with the foundation of Pilates as she grew up dancing. She was well versed in mat pilates from a young age, but started reformer Pilates in college and never looked back! Pilates supplements the physical and mental technique that she got through dance, and loves how the practice can be tailored towards any individual. Molly completed her professional training through The Lab’s 500 hour comprehensive program which combines both classic and contemporary practices.

You will gain confidence on the reformer, refining your control and precision.
Starts with focus on breath, applying it to movement and connecting back to your body.
Using resistance, control, and technique. The class will make you more mindful and encourages you to enjoy the moment mindfully. A great class to take after completing the Welcome to Reformer Series, new to reformer or returning after a break from reformer
