BREATH+MOTION+MEDITATION

Kristin Harris

Glassboro • Glassboro, NJ

We begin with guided Breathwork to open the door  to connect to the nervous system, we then move our body with both repetitive movement(dynamic) and longer stretches(static) along with our breath in flow and stillness, and we end with a seated meditation and wrap it all up with Savasana. This is a great class for anyone who has a hard time being still and quieting the mind during meditation. Anyone can meditate when given the right tools for them.

Kristin Harris

Founder, Yoga, Meditation and Breath, Reiki

Kristin is a 200 hour Experienced CYT, 500 Hour CYT an Advanced Yoga For Sobriety Teacher, and a Reiki Master.

The practice of yoga has changed her life in more ways than she can count. When she began to practice 12 years ago she was seeking something to do while her husband was out at his pool league. Little did she know it would become the door to transformation. She has been able to fill her toolbox with tools to deal with her own anxiety, depression, anger, and unwanted patterns of behavior. It has now evolved into a daily practice, a means to transform, a way of life.

Through her practice she has been able to walk a path toward self love, acceptance, and compassion. She still has troubling days, but now has the tools to work with and feel her emotions without stuffing them. Breath helps her reduce repeating behaviors and mindful practices help her remain aware of her actions. Not to mention that she has been able to strengthen her body as well as he heart and soul.

Through Seeds Of Love she strives to help others do the same.

She love the practice of Yoga and hopes to share it to EVERYONE not just those who have the financial and/or physical means to do so.

Maria Lanza-Gladney

Glassboro • Glassboro, NJ

The class is a warm 80+ degrees so by the end  of it, you will feel ready to take the day by storm!

Maria Lanza-Gladney

Having practiced for several years without much consistency, Maria found a deeper connection to yoga (or rather, it found her) when she needed it most. Maria loves all the ways in which yoga has allowed her to explore a deeper self and push beyond perceived limits physically, mentally, and spiritually. She aims to provide a space for similar exploration, connection, and empowerment in her classes while focusing on the process and not the outcome.

A Hatha flow style class to allow for deeper and longer holds . An accessible class with many opportunities to go as deep as your body is willing to go.
