Ecstatic Dance Cle will take place on Sunday May 18th from 12:00-2:00pm, the event begins with a guided meditation that brings us into inner awareness. We will focus on creating a mind and body connection through observation. This typically feels very heart expansive as we connect to ourselves through the present moment. Once meditation is complete we will flow into ecstatic dance. Allowing ourselves to move through personally inspired movement. This is a really fun and freeing experience as we allow ourselves to dance without self judgement or judgement of others. Each curated song will have us celebrating our connection in a community while simultaneously celebrating our unique expression. We may find areas of shyness or areas of raw, authentic full expression. Our movements will show us how free we feel in our bodies or indicate when its time to get past uncomfortable blockages. Dance has been proven to be the most beneficial form of exercise while in regards to our mental state and wellbeing. It reduces stress and releases all the feel good chemicals! Let's have a great time together as we intentionally bring in the unification of mind, body and soul into our practice.

Hello! My name is Haley Kocinski, a transformational mind, body and soul mentor and hypnotherapist. I lead workshops, events, mentorship programs and one on one hypnosis sessions for insight, healing and empowerment. In today's world, this work and practice becomes our safe place back home as well as a place for growth, camaraderie, and wholesome evolution. As we are all within the confines of attraction and manifestation, these holistic practices of awareness, healing, movement and intention, allow us all to redefine what our futures look like!
