Hot Power Flow

Virginia Comignaghi

A power vinyasa flow that is best suited for intermediate to advanced students. Each class is different but expect a warm-up, sun salutations, a combination of standing and seated postures weaved together with breath, and a sweet savasana. This flow could include some inversions, arm balances and minimal cueing.


All classes with "Hot" in the name are heated to 90 degrees F and are in a room with infrared panels.

Virginia Comignaghi

Virginia began practicing Iyengar Yoga in 2005 as a natural healing remedy for her body. To her surprise, yoga not only resolved the pain in her feet, but it also helped her deal with past emotional turmoil. Immediately, she had to share yoga with others. Her passion for yoga and a healthy lifestyle, led her to work as a holistic health coach over the course of 12 years. During that time, she supervised a high volume wellness department within a chiropractic office. She would teach and gush about the yogic way to anyone who would practice with or listen to her.

Virginia graduated from Yoga Strong's School of Yoga in Spring 2016 and is Yoga Alliance certified as an E-RYT 200 with over 2,000 hours of teaching experience. After YTT, she decided to commit her life to teaching yoga full-time and she has never looked back. Virginia obtained continuing education hours in the Art of Assisting and Adjusting postures, Anatomy & Physiology, and Pranayama. She is forever grateful to all of the yoga teachers who have inspired her along the way.

Her passion for the foundations of the ancient ways of healing has led her to commit her weekly practice to Bikram Yoga which she believes is the key to longevity in life. Since YTT, she has had a keen interest in Journey into Power by Baron Baptiste, influencing her to develop her own version of his sequence. She calls it “The Sequence”; a 90 minute flow of all 53 postures which she teaches as a specialty class on various holidays. A few times a year she offers a 7 day cleanse coupled with a 2 hour Detox Flow. This purification program includes a healthy eating plan and at home cleansing methods that anyone can perform on their own. Her Detox Flow offers internal organ massages within the postures and a heavy emphasis on the use of your breath as a tool to cleanse the mind and body of useless clutter. Virginia's method of detoxing was even featured in the January 2018 issue of Cleveland Magazine!

In Virginia’s classes you can expect an alignment focused flow with breathing techniques purposefully directed to various areas of the body. She loves matching her music playlists to the pace and intention of each class. Her hope is that you have so much fun moving your body and breathing that you forget about the world outside of the studio for the entire hour. Be prepared to leave feeling empowered to take on whatever your day brings. It is Virginia's desire to lead her students on a path of falling in love with yoga and growing towards the knowledge of their true self.

Hot Pilates Fusion

Pilates dramatically transforms the way your body looks, feels and performs by building strength, increasing flexibility, and developing a strong core. This total body toning class incorporates strength training and mat pilates to create muscles that are long and lean. This class is held in our heated studio. 


Expect a slow moving class with light weights/body weight with an emphasis on core connection and strength.

Alexis Haupt

Alexis began her journey with Barre after being a student and realizing the benefits the classes were having on her posture, and overall strength. She was trained by Amanda Fulmer in her first ever Barre Fly training and has been teaching since 2016. Her classes are a mix of a full body strengthening and toning class with a little cardio incorporated. She encourages all students to try body sculpt as there are modifications and many levels of progressions to challenge and suit every level.

Body Sculpt

Amanda Fulmer

Amanda is a Yoga Alliance registered 500 RYT. She graduated from Arhanta Yoga Ashram in India (2009), has another 200 hour RYT from the Baptiste Institute, an aerial yoga certificate through Unnata Aerial Yoga, and her 500 hour training was through Circle Yoga Shala with Matt and Holly Krepps. She is the creator and lead trainer of both the Yoga Teacher training and Barre teacher training through Yoga Strong and Barre Fly.

Hot Yoga Sculpt

Julia Brooks

Yoga Sculpt is a 45 or 60 minute yoga class fusing weight lifting and vinyasa sequencing. Adding free weights (and more!) to a power vinyasa class, this class is designed to challenge our yogis and build strength physically and mentally.

Julia Brooks

Julia started her yoga journey in 2019 as a way to start exercising again and quickly fell in love with the practice when she realized it was also helping her recover from an intense period of burnout. She completed her 200YTT in the spring of 2022 through Yoga Strong. She has also gone on to take additional trainings in barre, restorative yoga, and hands on assisting.


Julia's creativity shines in all aspects of her life and her classes are no exception. She focuses on creative flows with fun transitions to create classes that are equal parts challenging and enjoyable. Expect her to keep you on your toes in anticipation for what movement will come next!

These moments on the mat are for us to build and strengthen our awareness, so we can take that awareness off the mat and in turn, transform our lives. Yoga becomes everything, a practice!
